Attending the Dillner’s User Conference (DUC) was important to my firm since we were new to the software in 2015. We were able to discuss techniques and procedures with other accountants who actually use the software. That interaction with other users has proven to be invaluable. After attending the 2016 DUC we came back to the practice with many new ideas on how to work more efficiently. The time we spent in class has more than paid for itself. My staff and I will be attending the 2018 DUC.
We were pretty new users of the software when we attended the last conference. I believe that it was an invaluable experience. I did a lot of listening and learned so much from the more experienced users. I was able to make notes of all of the features that I thought would make my job easier and then once I had time I was able to put that training to use. We work as a team in our office so it was nice to have all of us there at the conference learning together. I liked the different sessions because we split up and that way we were able to take advantage of everything offered. We are very excited to see you all in June now that we have a few years of experience.
