Write Up - Full Contact Accounting (FCA) with Write-UpClient Write-Up Software activated - Included with Full Contact Accounting is a license for Professional Business Manager and a Basic Virtual Office website.

Write Up Alone -There is an initial licensing fee of $1000 and a monthly update/support fee of $210. The support fee includes everything for the Accountant's PBM License plus FCA, including all PBM and FCA updates, unlimited support, and your Basic Virtual Office (see Virtual Offices below).

Add to Payroll - If you already are licensed to use FCA for Payroll, then the Write-Up features can be activated for an initial licensing fee of $500 and an increase in the monthly fee to $262.50.

Payroll - Full Contact Accounting (FCA) with Payroll activatePayroll Softwared -Use for both after-the-fact and live check writing for all states and all features of the program for unlimited number of clients. Included with Full Contact Accounting is a license for Professional Business Manager and a Basic Virtual Office website.

Accounts Receivable - Full Contact Accounting (FCA) with Accounts ReceivableAccounts Receivable activated - Use Accounts Receivable for your office A/R, including repetitive and non-repetitive billing, and for client's outsourced A/R.

Accounts Receivable Alone -There is an initial licensing fee of $700 and a monthly update/support fee of $78.75. The support fee includes everything for the Accountant's FCA, including all FCA updates, unlimited support, and your Virtual Office (see Virtual Offices below).

Add to Write-Up or Payroll - If you already are licensed to use FCA for Write-Up or Payroll (or both), then the Accounts Receivable features can be activated for an initial licensing fee of $200 and an increase in the monthly fee of $26.25.

Virtual Office Websites - As explained above, the setup andWebsites for Accountants monthly fees for a Basic Virtual Office are included with your software licensing and support fees. Click here for more information about the Virtual Office Websites.

Virtual Office Alone -There is an initial setup fee of $200 to set up your Virtual Office which includes registering a domain name or transferring your existing domain name to our service. The monthly fees are as follows:

Basic - $52.50 per month - Includes all the functionality of the Virtual Office system with do-it-yourself search engine optimization tools.

 

Gold - $94.50 per month - Includes search engine optimization by Dillner's SEO certified staff. We create and submit your site map monthly to the major search engines. In most cases, the Gold level will put your site on the first page for web surfers who are looking for your services.

 

Financial Calculators - add $7.50 per month to any fee level.

Domain Email - add $5 per month of each block of 5 email boxes or $10 per month for each block of 5 email boxes with spam filtering.

Add to any software license - No setup fee. Your monthly update/support fee will be increased as follows:

Basic - No charge - Includes all the functionality of the Virtual Office system with do-it-yourself search engine optimization tools.

Gold - $42 per month - Includes search engine optimization by Dillner's SEO certified staff. We create and submit your site map monthly to the major search engines. In most cases, the Gold level will put your site on the first page for web surfers who are looking for your services.

Platinum - $250 per month - Includes all of the above plus assistance with your site content, external links and a weekly creation and submission of your site map to the major search engines.This level is primarily used by accounting firms in large, highly competitive market areas such as the entire United States.

Financial Calculators - Add $7.50 per month to any fee level.

Client Licenses for Professional Business Manager - One time license fee of $125.00 for each client. Your office must be Client Softwareon support with Dillner's to sell client versions. A client license permits use of PBM at a single location. The client may have multiple Company files and may install PBM on multiple computers (networked or stand-alone) as long as it is in one physical location. Support will be provided by your office, and Dillner's will support you. Payroll Check Writing ability is an additional one-time charge of $100.00 provided your office is licensed for Payroll. Accounts Receivable ability is an additional one-time charge of $50.00 provided your office is licensed for Accounts Receivable.

Virtual Meetings (add-on) - Conduct meetings or Virtual Meetingstraining over the web. Now you can talk on the phone with your clients, prospects or anyone else and share what is on your computer with their computer. The only thing the other person needs is an internet connection. Have unlimited number of Virtual Meetings with up to 15 participants per meeting for an additional $45.00 per month for FCA or Virtual Office licensees.
