We have used Dillner's for about 4 years and love it. It was designed with management of the number of key strokes used and Dillner's even went to accounting offices to understand our concern regarding key strokes. We used another software for payroll but now do about 70 payrolls on Dillner's Payroll software. All payroll, live and after the fact are done on this software and it goes into the General Ledger very easily. We also have clients on the Virtual Office and they report their QuickBooks to us using that method. Dillner's software allows us to map the QuickBooks errors to the correct accounts. We do not manage the client QuickBooks but see it as a subsidiary ledger. The support is great.

We use it for both Write Up and Payroll. You can't beat their support ANYWHERE! I'm biased, since I've used their system from the get-go, and have been on Dillner's Advisory Board so I've been involved in the development of the system. But, in my humble opinion, you won't find a better write-up system anywhere for whatever cost. And when you throw in the cost, well, there is no comparison. As far as payroll goes, it is not a service bureau system. But if you just want to do payroll for your write-up clients, it is very serviceable.

We have been using Dillner's for 1 1/2 years and we are so glad we made the change. The first few months were rough with the conversion but the training and especially the support have been OUTSTANDING. The entire crew is extremely patient when we get ourselves in trouble and there is a problem we created with a particular file. We are not using the program to its full extent and that is one of our goals this year. We are especially looking forward to this year's Users Conference.

What a slick and fantastic transfer program. I transferred all of my accounts over from Advantage to FCA in one month and had not a single problem. I seem to be able to go back and print any report I need - it is all there. It made the transition from Advantage to FCA so much easier! I would not hesitate to recommend FCA at all!
